Wardogs Performance Settings for ESP and Radar Tools
Tips to run Wardogs ESP, vehicle overlays, and 2D radar without hurting FPS in 100-player matches.
WARDOGS is a 100-player tactical FPS on large combined-arms maps. Player ESP, vehicle overlays, and 2D radar add GPU and CPU work on top of an already heavy session. This article covers simple tuning so tools stay usable without killing frame rate on PC.
Start With the Game, Not the Overlays
If WARDOGS already runs slow on your PC, overlays will not fix it. Confirm stable FPS in Steam before enabling every visual module. BULKHEAD patches regularly. Recheck performance after major updates.
Player ESP Tuning
- Lower max distance to cut draw calls on 256 km² maps
- Disable skeleton if boxes and health bars are enough
- Turn off name and weapon labels during heavy fights
- Reduce OOF arrow range if edge indicators clutter the HUD

Vehicle ESP and Radar
Vehicle ESP is lighter when you filter by type and distance. Wardogs 2D radar cost scales with radar range. Tighten range for close combat. Widen it only when you need map-wide awareness. See the 2D radar setup.
Misc Options
Full bright changes lighting across large zones. Use it sparingly if FPS drops. Custom crosshair and draw FOV add minimal overhead compared to dense ESP stacks.
Config Profiles
Save a lightweight profile for 100-player fights and a fuller profile for smaller engagements. The configuration article explains profile switching.
When to Recheck
After WARDOGS patches, after GPU driver updates, and whenever you add a new visual module. Compatibility notes: system requirements.
